Manager, Ads Marketing - Scaled Channels

At Netflix, the Ads Marketing team leads the development of our Global GTM Strategy, oversees the execution of initiatives tied to key industry tentpoles, liaises with Research & Comms on all Thought Leadership executions and partners with the brand team to create our B2B positioning and brand identity. The Manager, Ads Marketing scaled channels will focus on building the future of how Netflix connects with advertisers and partners at scale. You will be a key architect in the strategy, creation and optimization of content for our scaled channels across web, CRM, social and new mediums. Your mission is to ensure our brand and value proposition travels far, fast, and consistently — reaching the right audiences with impact. You’ll move quickly to deliver quick wins while setting the playbook for how we scale content globally, adapt it regionally, and measure success. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to develop strategic approaches to fueling brand and business growth unlocking the creative potential of ads offering. | Core Responsibilities: Own the scaled channels strategy — defining priorities, audience approach, and channel mix to drive awareness and engagement for Netflix Ads. Plan and execute campaigns across social, web, CRM, and other emerging B2B platforms. Build repeatable workflows that allow us to scale content creation, approval, and publishing without losing creative edge. Leverage marketing technology to streamline and enhance B2B content distribution and measurement, identifying and implementing tools that improve efficiency and impact. Ensure seamless integration between marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content workflows to support end-to-end campaign execution. Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that align with our goals. Balance global and local needs — create toolkits, templates, and modular content for easy adaptation by regional teams. Partner cross-functionally with creative, brand, comms, and insights teams to ensure alignment and amplify high-impact stories. Measure and optimize performance — define KPIs, track results, and apply insights to improve reach, engagement, and efficiency. Stay ahead of trends in scaled content distribution and marketing technology, ensuring we remain differentiated in the entertainment + advertising space. | Qualifications:

  • An understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming landscape
  • 10+ years of experience in Ads or B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising or marketing communications.
  • Proven experience in marketing technology management, preferably within the digital advertising industry
  • Strong understanding of ad tech platforms and data analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in person at all business levels and effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Ability to develop and implement creative ideas, partner with agencies, and carefully manage competing projects with tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to develop product strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Help inform the development of new measurement products based on advertiser feedback and market insights.
