Provide education on healthy eating, exercise routines, stress management, and self-care practices. Motivate and support clients through regular check-ins and progress tracking. Offer guidance on setting realistic and achievable wellness goals. Document client progress and update coaching plans as needed. Stay up to date with the latest health and wellness research to ensure accurate advice. Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and client success stories. Requirements: A passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to motivate and inspire people to make positive lifestyle changes. Basic computer skills and comfort with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). A quiet and professional home workspace with a reliable internet connection. Self-discipline and excellent time management skills for remote work. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): Health coaching certification from an accredited program (e.g., ICF, ACE, Wellcoaches). Background in nutrition, exercise science, nursing, or related health fields. Experience in personal training, wellness coaching, or counseling. Educational Background: High school diploma or GED required. Additional training or certifications in health and wellness fields are a plus.
