Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Responsibilities

* Collaborate with customers to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions to their problems

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and limitations
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers are aware of our latest offerings and promotions
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to customers
• Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and retention

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications

• 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS or IT environment
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
