Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Chat Specialist with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound phone calls and responding to email inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Performing outbound calls with existing customers to build relationships, address concerns, and promote our products and services
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately, ensuring seamless communication with our customers and internal teams
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
