  • Assist with order processing and returns: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges, ensuring that customers receive the products they need in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues: Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website, mobile app, or online accounts, providing customers with solutions to their technical problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Meet performance targets: Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.
  • Document customer interactions: Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and secure.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in a retail or call center environment is preferred.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary for resolving customer issues and providing accurate information.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously.
