Key Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customers with requests and complaints regarding financial products and services
• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action, lead analytical approaches to identify issues, and process complex transactions online
• Perform moderately complex tasks to resolve customer issues and assess complaints for regulatory and non-regulatory flags and categorize risks appropriately in the service framework to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards
• Get direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine customer concerns to more experienced individuals
• Interface with internal and external customers to address raised concerns, as well as determine appropriate course of action
• Act as a liaison between parties to resolve disputed matters, negotiate, and institute settlements as necessary

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of contact experience in a Financial Services environment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• A Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• 2+ years of Call Center experience
• Organizational Report experience
• Ability to work in a high-speed call center environment
• Experience working with changing needs and deadlines
• Strong insightful abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to provide solid customer care while listening, eliciting information efficiently, understanding, and resolving complex customer issues
• Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and use search tools to find information
