About the Role

As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, stores, and partners through telephone, chat, and email interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, using various tools and resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations, build strong relationships, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
