Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team in a remote capacity. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the product design of websites and apps that align with business goals and deliver a positive experience for users. You will work closely with a collaborative product team to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences that drive business success.

Responsibilities

As a UX Designer on our team, you will be responsible for:

• Creating design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI deliverables using tools like Figma
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of users' needs, motivations, and behaviors related to the project area, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement
• Keeping track of competitors to anticipate customer expectations and identify opportunities for innovative solutions
• Developing production-ready assets and release files, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as business leaders, product managers, technology, legal, and research teams
• Working in partnership with frontend and backend engineers to ensure seamless translation of designs into code

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in UX Design
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science)
• Strong portfolio that showcases your UX design skills and experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the Financial Services Industry

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and standards
• Experience with user research and testing
• Strong understanding of front-end development principles and technologies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
