  • Providing personalized support and guidance to customers using our products or services

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Success Advocate at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools and platforms

Preferred Qualifications

While prior experience in live chat support is not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or customer support
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms, including chat-based tools like Facebook Messenger
  • Basic knowledge of customer success principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
