Job Summary: Xfinity Retail Sales Professional We're seeking an experienced Xfinity Retail Sales Professional to join our team in Manitowoc, WI. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services, utilizing your knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Core Responsibilities

  • Passionately represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
  • Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions, listening and evaluating customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
  • Provide comprehensive customer onboarding activities and ensure customers fully understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks, partnering with customer care to resolve customer issues as needed.
  • Consistently demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
  • Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
  • Understand and know the sales compensation plan and its key elements.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • The physical ability to carry and lift up to 25-pound boxes and stand and move about the store constantly.
