Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative - Self Storage Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, while also managing the daily operations of our self-storage facility. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing customer storage needs: Work with customers to understand their storage needs and make recommendations, including offering packing and moving supplies.
- Managing daily storage unit inspections: Conduct daily inspections to ensure that storage units are clean, secure, and ready for rent.
- Managing cash drawer and making daily deposits: Balance the cash drawer and make daily deposits, while also ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Providing exceptional customer service: Deliver exceptional service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Keep surfaces and high-touch areas clean, including sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and wiping windows.
Qualifications
