Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their health care experience. This is a full-time position that offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to balance your priorities in and outside of work. Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify plan members' health care experience
  • Offer guidance and support to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions
  • Successful completion of the comprehensive training program, including on-site training and self-paced modules
  • Adherence to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
