The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for providing timely and effective customer support via live chat, email, and electronic message boards. Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless shopping and support experience for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages and queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and other related issues
  • Provide comprehensive support and guidance to customers via live chat, email, and electronic message boards
  • Collaborate with a chat supervisor to resolve complex customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work independently, following instructions carefully, and maintaining a high level of productivity

Requirements:

* Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States
