Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers via live chat.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in resolving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, handling a high volume of customer chats.
  • Proficiency with computers and typing, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or phone support environment.
