Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to live chat messages from customers on social media accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions related to shipping rates, return policies, available stock, and other product-related inquiries
  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers as needed
  • Closely follow provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in your responses
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
