Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Executing and finalizing enrichment tasks as specified by the client, ensuring precision and quality of data
- Managing credentialing responsibilities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications
- Communicating with state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain updates and verifications
- Ensuring precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry guidelines
- Cross-verify information supplied by third parties using online databases
- Providing assistance with additional tasks as required
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in English, with superb written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to operate independently from a home office equipped with a reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in data entry or a customer service-related role
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
- High school diploma or equivalent
