Job Description

As a Level 1 Chat Support Associate, your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat and email. You will collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional support, ensuring that our customers receive the help they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via in-app chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with an international team to deliver exceptional support and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide solutions and troubleshoot issues to resolve customer concerns.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Basic English writing skills.
