We're now seeking a skilled and compassionate Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!

About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in seeking compensation for their injuries. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, utilizing an automated dialer to reach out to potential clients, and engage in conversations to determine their eligibility for compensation. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while developing your customer service and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine if they meet the criteria for potential compensation through an automated dialer
  • Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and potentially qualifying 1-5 callers for compensation
  • Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously
  • Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
  • Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts
  • Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
  • Reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20GB of free storage, and 1.2GHz or faster CPU
  • High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100Mbps upload minimum)
  • Reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
  • Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
  • 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $17.31/hour
  • Commissions and bonuses with total compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+ per year)

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
  • Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
  • Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
