Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing personalized service to each caller, ensuring a positive experience
  • Confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
  • Working in a high-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
  • Residency in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual skills, with fluency in Spanish and English

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with blithequark products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

System Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements. A full specification list will be provided after your interview, but here are a few items to consider:

  • Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • Headset compatible with blithequark specifications
  • High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)

Training Schedule

Your blithequark career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After you connect, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
