Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone-based interactions. You will handle a wide range of inquiries, from claims and benefits to enrollment and member portal issues. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathetic nature will enable you to resolve complex issues and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information about Medicare benefits, claims, and enrollment processes
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously to navigate customer information and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM software and other technical tools
- Must score 80% or above on eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Medicare or related fields
- Previous call center customer service experience, with a focus on inbound calls
- Medical background or experience working in a healthcare setting
- HS diploma or GED with 2+ years of customer service experience/call center experience
