Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. You will work closely with our help desk partners to identify areas for improvement and implement quality monitoring projects that drive measurable results. Your expertise will help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects to identify areas for improvement and drive measurable results

  • Collaborate with help desk partners to ensure their quality meets blithequark's standards, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze data and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with help desk partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process and system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for blithequark to improve its business by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track key performance indicators and inform business decisions
  • Perform business audits with help desk partners to identify areas for improvement and drive results
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure help desk partners are equipped to meet blithequark's quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field, or four years of work experience in a related field

  • Proven track record of driving quality improvements and process enhancements across multiple help desk operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and driving insights-driven decision making
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience presenting complex data and insights to stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and independence
  • Strong ownership mindset, with a focus on quality, yield, and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of help desk operations, including quality monitoring and process improvement
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, including reporting and dashboard development
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
