Job Overview

As a Web Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our dealer clients' products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing precise information, scheduling appointments, and cultivating a knowledge base that reflects our constantly evolving products and services. You'll also be responsible for recording customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, as well as summarizing chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries

  • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat interactions, showcasing your knowledge and expertise
  • Schedule appointments by discerning customer needs, providing a seamless experience for our customers
  • Cultivate and update a knowledge base reflecting our constantly evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Record customer contact details for lead generation and subsequent client follow-up, ensuring that our dealer clients can follow up with customers effectively
  • Summarize chat interactions based on customer requirements for client evaluation, providing valuable insights for our dealer clients

Required Skills

* Exemplary customer service skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional support

  • Strong decision-making and analytical acumen, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Fluent English proficiency, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in internet and window-based computer applications, with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Fast typing skills, ideally at least 35 WPM, with the ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask effectively, with gaming experience viewed as advantageous, as it demonstrates your ability to think on your feet and handle pressure
  • Positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions, with a commitment to maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor

Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, yet not mandatory, as we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional support

  • A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM is required, with 40 WPM or higher preferred, as it demonstrates your ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary, as it demonstrates your ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or similar customer service role is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience, as it demonstrates your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Must successfully pass a background check, as it ensures the safety and security of our customers and our dealer clients
