Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
  • Handling high volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
  • Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
  • Ability to work remotely in emergency situations

Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Multi-language capability (although not necessary, it is a plus)
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
