As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with our customers every day and helping them achieve their goals. What You'll Do Every Day as a Customer Support Representative
As a member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including SBS products and services
- Continuously improving our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
