About the Role

We are looking for a talented and bilingual individual to fill a full-time Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher position, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm CST. As a Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that all interactions are friendly, courteous, and professional
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that dispatch calls are completed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Enter client information, payments, and confidential data into our system with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and secure
  • Maximize time and mileage to ensure that dispatch calls are completed in a timely manner, minimizing delays and optimizing routes
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a organized and efficient office environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our business
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support, as required

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field is an asset, although not essential
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry is an asset, although not essential
  • Knowledge of dispatch software and systems, with experience in maximizing time and mileage
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration, customer service, or communications
  • Certification in customer service, dispatch, or a related field is an asset
