As a Customer Service Specialist in our Government and Corporate Affairs Division, you'll be part of a talented team that promotes and sells air travel on blithequark. You'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our customers, while developing your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell air travel on blithequark, building strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders
- Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers
- Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills
- Communicate with customers over the phone, researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights, and providing updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and communicate new information to customers, ensuring they have the latest knowledge and insights
All You'll Need for Success
To excel in this role, you'll need:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
- Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar systems
- Ability to be resourceful and creative in problem resolution, with a high level of initiative and good judgment
- Satisfactory attendance required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest information
