Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce data entry professional to join our global team on a part-time, flexible remote basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and entering data on the Salesforce.com CRM platform, as well as assisting with special projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit and work with a diverse, global team.

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce data entry professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Entering data into the Salesforce.com CRM platform with accuracy and attention to detail
• Properly labeling data within Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes
• Researching clients and partners using tools such as Spokeo and Snov.io to gather contact information and bios
• Entering client and partner bios into Salesforce
• Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed, with a proven track record of success and a positive attitude

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training
• Strong data entry experience with Salesforce, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• A commitment to intellectual rigor and a passion for philanthropy
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and enter data into Salesforce with ease
• A positive attitude and a proven track record of success in previous roles

You will be working with a highly globally focused team from over 20 countries, including Russia, China, Japan, Ukraine, Georgia, the Philippines, Haiti, Germany, Canada, the Kurdish population, South Korea, the U.K., Brazil, Kenya, and many more.
