About the Role: Ranking Director, Operations - Digital Customer Experience

We're seeking an exceptional Ranking Director, Operations - Digital Customer Experience to join our Client Digital Identity team. As a seasoned operations expert with a passion for digital customer experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of customer interactions at blithequark. Your expertise will help drive the execution of digital identity initiatives in store environments, ensuring seamless experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of digital customer experiences across designated customer experience spaces, such as store administration workstations and checkout
  • Analyze existing customer experience streams at various touchpoints to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and execute tests for identity capture, interpreting results to inform execution plans
  • Collaborate with product, field, and analytics teams to develop and validate experiments
  • Manage tests in the field, working closely with blithequark field operations teams to ensure successful deployment
  • Interpret results, suggest improvements, and track progress to mitigate potential risks
  • Foster strong partnerships with blithequark teams to ensure effective execution and capture stakeholder needs
  • Develop and execute communication plans to key stakeholders, driving business analysis and progress

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in operations roles, preferably with 3+ years in retail, store, or omni-channel environments
  • 5+ years of experience executing new initiatives in a store environment
  • Strong influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to drive results through stakeholder management
  • Proven track record of executing successful initiatives, with experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in operations management, with a focus on driving business growth through innovative solutions
