What You’ll Do
As a member of our Remote Call Center Team, you will:
- Reassure anxious pet owners who may be frantic about their missing fur-babies, providing empathetic and supportive communication
- Serve as the frontline team for blithequark, helping reunite pets with their pet parents through exceptional customer service
- Provide a positive experience for our customers, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
- Be part of a collaborative team culture that offers advancement opportunities and recognizes individual contributions
- Adhere to daily schedules to manage inbound calls, with the flexibility to work day and evening shifts
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous call center experience is REQUIRED, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
- If remote, a quiet designated work area at home, free from distractions and interruptions
- Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check upon hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
