Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Operator at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to engage in online conversations with customers, providing them with accurate and helpful information about our automotive dealer clients. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful as a Chat Operator at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Location:

You must live within the state of Iowa to be considered for this position.

Computer Requirements:

You will need to have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Your computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher).

Work Space:

You will need to have a quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position.

Training:

You will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.

Typing Speed:

You must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.

Gaming Experience:

While not required, gaming experience is preferred, as it can be beneficial in creating a fun and engaging experience for customers.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics and targets
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat environment

• Experience working in the automotive industry or with automotive-related products
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
