Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Partner to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, support, and solutions to our global customers. As a Customer Service Partner, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
  • Ensuring good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws
  • Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
  • Developing improvement plans in response to customer surveys

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, support, and solutions to global customers, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and implement customer-centric initiatives, such as loyalty programs, promotions, and events, to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and claims, and develop improvement plans to address areas of concern and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and suppliers
  • Ability to analyze complex customer feedback, complaints, and claims, and develop effective solutions to address areas of concern
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global, multicultural environment, with a focus on customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales force automation (SFA) tools, and other customer service technologies
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in our global markets
