Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and personalized communication to blithequark users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the video and streaming world, enabling you to provide expert solutions to our customers and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Participate in experimentation efforts across the team to drive meaningful improvements to the customer experience, contributing to your ongoing learning and the success of your team.
  • Act as an advocate for blithequark, sharing product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our product, and driving long-term customer retention.
  • Pass on valuable customer feedback to the product or sales team, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our offerings and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Experience in streaming with blithequark or similar platforms, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product and its applications.
  • A strong understanding of how to go live to an RTMP or popular sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch, and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer support experiences that exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English language, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Freshworks, and the ability to leverage these tools to manage customer interactions effectively.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proficiency in an additional language, such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German, which can help you connect with a broader range of customers.
  • A background in video production or content creation, providing a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by our customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
