SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce to support business operations, managing user accounts and permissions, building and enhancing flows, creating reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to advanced features and integrations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • User Support: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot end user problems with assistance as needed in an effective, timely, and courteous manner. Recommend opportunities for improved tier zero support to decrease escalated customer inquiries.
  • Operational Support: Field incoming service requests and resolve within the designated SLAs. Monitor daily jobs to ensure completion and resolve as necessary
  • Formulating and Vetting Feature Requirements: Provide support and perform Salesforce implementations, configurations, maintenance, and improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert on special initiatives providing solutions to business problems and configuring nCino according to business requirements. Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the application to support additional business processes or functions. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Develop and utilize standard templates to write requirements specifications accurately and concisely.
  • Transforming Requirements into Design: Develop product designs with assistance as needed that ensure that the processes are properly functioning, workflows and policies are followed, placeholders are properly maintained, the user base is managed appropriately with roles, license, and active setting, and the system is in compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Executing Development/Configuration of Designs: Enable new features with assistance as needed through configuration in accordance with designs. Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity based on business needs.
  • Performing Testing: Perform intermittent application testing with assistance as needed of new nCino releases and enhancements in accordance with designs.
  • Arranging for User Acceptance Testing: Provide training and demonstrations of nCino enhancements and features to stakeholders to support delivery.
  • Engaging in Implementation Activities: Coordinate / facilitate communication and activities of key knowledge assets with all required subject matter experts

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Line of Business operations and technology support requirements.
  • Good understanding of commercial loan origination processes, mortgage operations, and other business practices and workflows.
  • Subject matter expertise and consulting competencies to engage and facilitate collaboration with business leaders and technology providers.
  • Ability to learn and grasp new concepts and business processes quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills: ability to multi-task and prioritize; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment, independently and within teams

Qualifications, Education, and certification Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years in financial services. 1+ year in software delivery.
  • Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Advanced knowledge MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.

  • Required annual compliance training

  • Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Advanced Admin certification or the ability to obtain upon hire

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time. Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports, and cash denominations, and identify customers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed. In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $74,400.00 - $118,848.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
