Key Responsibilities
As a customer service representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

Earnings and Revenue
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics, providing you with the opportunity to earn even more.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with blithequark, you'll enter into a contractual relationship with us. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
