Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Professional Experience: 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
• Multitasking Skills: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
• Pre-Employment Requirements: Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
