Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent – Clinical Trials Support, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues related to clinical trials software applications. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in clinical trials software applications
  • Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times
  • Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for:

  • College degree preferred, with at least one year of applicable experience
  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong phone skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations
  • COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
  • Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare-related environment
  • Familiarity with clinical trials software applications and regulatory requirements

Work Schedule

The hours for this position will be SECOND OR THIRD SHIFT; possibly weekends; with availability to float and cover additional shifts as needed after training. The shift would be 5PM - 1AM OR 9PM - 5AM***. FLEX WEEKENDS would be 10AM - 6PM or 6PM - 2AM.

Training and Onboarding

Our training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll participate in a hybrid training program that includes:

  • 3 days of on-site training
  • 2 days of remote training
  • Ongoing coaching and support
