Job Summary
As a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
- Utilize technology to access client information, resolve issues, and provide support
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on client products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Schedule
* Flexible work schedule options available to accommodate your needs
- Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime

Earnings & Revenue
* Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
- Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
- Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Technology & Equipment Requirements
* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
- Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Contractual Relationship
* The relationship between you and blithequark is a contractual relationship.
- You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.
- blithequark will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark.
- When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against blithequark hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
