Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex consumer issues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving high-level consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on complex issues
- Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policyholders with policy changes and recommendations
- Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6 months of customer service experience (minimum)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High school graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet connection requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
