Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer accounts
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a clear and concise manner
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
