Job Summary

As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of blithequark on social media, engaging with customers across various platforms to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback. You will provide prompt and friendly responses, maintain our positive online reputation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
