Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls from customers, respond to their inquiries, and address their concerns in a clear and professional manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Product and Service Information: Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Policy Explanation: Explain the details of our policies to customers, ensuring that they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Listen to customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions to their problems, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to resolve complaints and concerns, providing a high level of service and support.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately record customer interactions, appointments, and other relevant information in our database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and precisely articulate information.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our software systems.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the garage door industry or a related field is an asset.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
