Key Responsibilities

As a REMOTE Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chats from customers via our online platform
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our shipping containers, including pricing, availability, and features
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
