Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing fund-related documents from various sources, including emails and online portals
  • Accurately matching received documents to the corresponding investor vehicles or portfolios
  • Following client-specific instructions to ensure proper handling and processing of emails/documents
  • Conducting thorough verification processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Communicating effectively with fund managers, colleagues, and external parties as needed
  • Meeting targets for email/document throughput as established by your direct manager/supervisor

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in data entry
