Overview Full Time & Part Time Seasonal positions available The role of the barista is to handle transactions at the register, make all products and coffees in accordance with the recipe and standard process, maintain the barista area, assist in maintenance of the retail floor, practice good teamwork, and provide excellent customer service. Part of this position involves light lifting, and standing for long durations of time. As a resort position, baristas will also be encouraged to help, on occasion, with things like pool attendant shifts and banquet shifts. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Â

• Maintaining cleanliness of the barista areaÂ
• Maintaining proper stock of supplies in the barista areaÂ
• Handling cash and credit transactionsÂ
• Restocking the retail floorÂ
• Assisting in merchandising the retail floor
• Assisting in opening and closing the market
• Assisting in cleanliness of the retail floor
• Providing an excellent guest experienceÂ
• Learning new products and processesÂ
• Cooperating with team in a friendly manner
• Completion of tasks given by manager

• Gain a sense of independence, within reason, after proper training and time spent working.
