Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, learn from experienced colleagues, and grow with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum age: 18 years old

  • Right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

* Competitive hourly rate of €15.50 per hour
