Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry Work At Home Opportunity at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume calls from patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Performing data entry tasks with precision and accuracy, using Walgreens' solution information section strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment and enter patient and medication data into the system.
  • Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and settling all data entry-related exceptions.
  • Handling correspondence to patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settling outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
  • Settling on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the issue.
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.
  • Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days, and maintaining a functioning expert permit or certification.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing the computer, using the mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online.
  • Essential web search tools skills, including opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
