Job Summary

* Job Type: Full-Time

  • Salary: $15/hour
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing detailed and accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
  • Maintaining customer accounts by recording account information and updating customer profiles
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
