Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our data operations, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing a variety of data into our systems, validating and correcting data discrepancies, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. If you have a proven track record in data entry or a related field, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting and managing a variety of data into our systems, including but not limited to:

+ Customer information + Product data + Financial transactions + Other relevant data

  • Validating and correcting data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, including but not limited to:

+ Customer data + Financial information + Other sensitive data

  • Collaborating with team members to improve data management processes and ensure seamless data flow
  • Generating reports and summaries based on data entry activities to support business decisions
  • Assisting with additional administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to:

+ Data cleansing and quality control + Data migration and integration + Other administrative tasks

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, including but not limited to:

+ Data entry software + Microsoft Office Suite + Other relevant software and tools

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality and integrity
  • Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to:

+ Excel + Word + PowerPoint + Other relevant software

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
