Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary task will be to assist customers by providing product and service information, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for superior customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary; our paid training program will provide you with all the skills needed to succeed in the role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school degree required.
