About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Gurgaon, Delhi, with immediate openings available. As an International BPO Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our international clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support. Our ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or an early-career professional looking to launch their career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
